Holiday Program: Donor Form

Please use this form to let us know how you would like to help the neediest in the Alexandria community this holiday season. As a result of the ongoing pandemic, there are some changes to this year's program. Before submitting your information please be sure to read our 2021 Guidelines for Givers that explains the expectations and changes to the program for this year.

One thing that has not changed: Our community needs you! You can bring happy holidays to the people that need us the most by joining our program to Sponsor a Family, Senior Citizen or Disabled Individual, or child or teen in foster care.

If you would like to support with a monetary donation please click here. Monetary donations will help provide for more children, families and seniors citizens now and throughout the year. All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Donations can also be made by check. Make checks payable to The Fund for Alexandria's Child, or to the DCHS Senior Fund, should then be mailed to: Holiday Sharing Program 2525 Mount Vernon Avenue Alexandria, VA 22301.
